A space that blends practicality and authenticity

We chose to design an extendable table that is as practical as it is attractive, easily seating 6 to 10 people thanks to a built-in extension leaf. We chose to craft it from solid beech, a material known for its durability that also offers an ideal aesthetic suited to any interior. We wanted to alter the wood as little as possible. That’s why each table is unique, thanks to the knots and grain of the wood. To ensure a healthy and natural product, it is protected by a natural, water-based varnish that is free of VOCs and solvents.

Thanks to our manufacturer’s expertise, we were able to design a table made almost entirely of wood, with screws as the only metal components. By working with a manufacturer based in Picardy, we support local employment and minimize our environmental footprint.

The combination of sleek design and solid wood

To craft a high-quality chair, we chose solid French beech. Designed by a French artisan, our wooden chair supports local employment and has a minimal environmental impact.

It was designed to be sturdy and durable. The interlocking wooden pieces and the crossbar under the seat reinforce the entire structure. A varnish in the same color as the table is applied to protect it and maximize its lifespan.

Unfortunately, the table and chair sets available on the market are made of engineered wood. These types of wood are synthetic and emit substances known as VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), which can be harmful to health and contribute to indoor air pollution.

To craft the table for our dining set, we selected solid French wood. To keep it as natural as possible, we did our best to ensure it consists primarily of wood. Thus, with the exception of the hardware, everything is made of wood—even the extension mechanism. To ensure your dining table and chair set contributes to a healthier home environment, we have not used any chemical treatments on our wooden table. Thanks to its design, our wooden table is timeless and practical. In fact, its design fits into most interiors, and it can easily seat between 6 and 10 people thanks to an extension leaf that is built into the tabletop.

The chair in our dining table and chair set is also made from French beech wood and manufactured in France. The chairs are designed to provide optimal comfort thanks to their rounded backrest and seat. Our wooden chair features a clever cross-braced frame, ensuring a sturdy and long-lasting design.

The table and chair set is certified by the Bois de France label. This means that the wood used to make our table and chair set comes from French forests and is processed in France.

We have partnered with carefully selected French manufacturers so that we can offer a high-quality table and chair set. The chair manufacturer is located in northern France, and the table manufacturer is in Picardy. To ensure you receive top-quality service, delivery of our dining table and chair set is free and takes 10 to 15 business days. The extendable wooden table and the chair come with a 5-year and 2-year warranty, respectively.
