Maintenance

The top cover is easy to remove and machine washable at 30°C.
To maintain its comfort year after year, simply flip it head-to-toe each season.
A mattress protector is also recommended to keep it feeling fresh and clean longer.

Compatibility

Compatible with all types of bed bases (except electric ones), provided the maximum weight capacity is checked. For storage beds, the Prestige mattress is only compatible with the Otto model.

100-night trial

Starting from the delivery date, you have 100 nights to try out your Kipli mattress. If the mattress isn’t right for you and is in good condition, we’ll arrange for our carrier to pick it up before issuing a full refund. Please note that changing mattresses can cause some discomfort and that your body may need a few days to adjust.

10-year warranty

The Kipli mattress comes with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects, which is well beyond the standard two-year warranty required for products sold in the European Union.

Resumption

We offer an optional pickup service for your old mattress. In accordance with carrier requirements and for hygiene reasons related to items that come into direct contact with people, the mattress must be properly wrapped before pickup.

Packaging

The Prestige mattress is delivered rolled up in a box.

Place of manufacture:To source our products as locally as possible, we have selected manufacturers in Italy and Belgium—for the cover and the core, respectively—both of which are renowned for their expertise.

Source of materials:Natural latex comes from the Hevea brasiliensis tree, which requires a tropical environment and high humidity. To ensure sustainable cultivation, it cannot be sourced in Europe and is sourced from Sri Lanka. The natural latex we use contains only 3% of the vulcanizing agents essential for its solidification. It consists of 97% natural latex, far exceeding the 85% standard required to use this designation.
